Usually our clients have tasks that can be attributed to one of two units: search for CEOs and managers in specific areas of businessa and search for functional managers to resolve specific problems. For example, such as company's public or private placement, expanding markets and improving production efficiency, search for key personnel, substantially affecting the formation of value added in the client's business.

OUR METHODOLOGY

We closely adhere to international professional standards of Executive Search industry, created by AESC community and reflected in the Performance Standards of TALENT ADVISORS.

Our approach is distinguished by a thoughtful study of the corporate culture and business management systems, strategic objectives and current status of every client we are going to work with. Given these factors, when working on a top manager search project, we are able to creatively approach the process of identifying potential candidates, providing a wide range of possible solutions, including unobvious at first sight.

Our project methodology includes following steps:

CLARIFYING CLIENT’S NEEDS

After discussing the main project points we prepare a detailed position review. This document includes the requirements towards professional experience and personality characteristics, leadership model and management style for the candidate to be appropriate for the position as well as goals the successful candidate is expected to achieve.

SEARCH STRATEGY PREPARATION

Together with the client we identify targeted industries, market segments, geographic location, hierarchical levels, business functions and specific companies that may have candidates with the required competencies.

CANDIDATE IDENTIFICATION

According to the confirmed research strategy we identify potential candidates within targeted companies. We also carry out extensive sourcing in our networks and utilize TALENT ADVISORS database for recommendations on the best specialists.

CANDIDATE EVALUATION

We conduct interviews with all approved candidates, learning about their past performance and operational environment in order to determine the possible effectiveness of a leader in the client’s company.

RESULTS PRESENTATION

We present client with detailed characteristics on each candidate who meet qualification requirements of the client and also arrange negotiations with candidates.

PROJECT CLOSING

We take an active role in negotiating with the candidate on behalf of the client and accompany the candidate throughout the process of transition to the client's company.

ADAPTATION SUPPORT

By client’s request we ensure the candidate has conditions for effective integration in the company structure by providing regular feedback sessions regarding their results and expectations.
