SEARCH TIMING

We believe the efficiency we provide the decision is as important as the accuracy of meeting client’s requirements. The company’s standard implies from four to six weeks on market research and creating potential candidates list. In case of necessity we can give fast decisions based on our relevant expertise.

QUALITY ASSESSMENT

One of our main quality indicators is a long-term efficient performance of a candidate in a client’s company. Considering this commitment, on the research stage we assess leader’s achievements (Performance-based Assessment), developed by ADLER CONCEPTS. This method implies examining successes/fails history, environment conditions that caused that and learning how configuration of past experience meets the criteria of our client’s context.

RELIABILITY

Our clients trust us projects of a high importance, thus our standards imply extremely cautious reference with confidential tasks. We come to an agreement about all outgoing information within the project, and we recommend concluding confidentiality agreements with the candidates in order to avoid information disclosure.

RESPONSIBILITY

TALENT ADVISORS standards imply sharing responsibility for poor performance of a leader hired with our help. We extend the warranty coverage for a period of 6 to 12 months from the candidate’s offer accepting. We will redo the search without additional charges if the requirements for the candidate remain unchanged and the reason for firing is connected with a candidate’s performance.

FIXED FEE

We encourage our clients to bind our professional fee for a fixed sum avoiding interest bind to the annual salary of the candidate in order to eliminate the existing conflict of interest and ensure comfortable conditions in financial planning.
