Before the Ward Howell, he took senior management roles in finance and human resources at public Ukrainian real estate development company XXI Century Investment [LSE:XXIC] and international audit company Baker Tilly Ukraine.

Having worked in the executive search area for 8 years, he has successfully partnered with Russian and Ukraine-based clients in Energy, Metallurgy and Mining sectors for senior executive searches and board placements.
Roman also specializes in CEO and Non-Executive Director searches.
Roman obtained Bachelor’s degree in Finance in National Academy of Management with honors.

ALEXANDER MOGILEVSKY, Advisor
Alexander is Advisor with the company Talent Advisors and is responsible for organizational leaders in practices: Industrial and Financial Services.
Before joining Talent Advisors team, Alexander was Country Manager for Ukrainian office of Neumann International Executive Search firm, fully responsible for the company’s business in Ukraine and clients relationships.
Previously, working with Ward Howell Ukraine company for more than 3 years, he was doing local and international search assignments of top-managers in Banking and Industrial practices. Among the clients there were: DTEK, Smart Holding, Renaissance Capital, Eastbridge Capital, TAS Group, Kraft Foods, Providence Equity Partners and others.
Alexander has also experience as HR Director of biggest leading Ukrainian Investment companies Concorde Capital and Sokrat, responsible for fast growing offices development.
